Warranty against defective Item/parts?
- All merchandise is previously inspected before we ship it out to you.
- What should I do if by any chance I receive a damaged part?
- Furniture have a long way to travel and it may get damaged.
- We provide free insurance for your product in case it gets damaged during shipment.
1)In order for us to file a claim and send you a replacement, you must keep all shipping materials for inspection and exchange.
- You need to inspect the item before signing the BOL paper if any damages please mark it on BOL

3) In most cases we'll ask for pictures of the part in question to file a claim with the carrier company and you'll get a replacement.
